they say 21 days without a smoke means that you have quit for good.

after 130 days without a smoke ur cravings go away.

You will know when you are quit when you feel you have!

james - I think you are referring to a person's profile. I always check a member's profile before I respond to their blog and it is so frustrating when there is no information to base an answer on in order to help that person. I know you must be really tired of reminding people. If you'd like I'd be happy to do it regularily for a while to give you a break. Just let me know! ((hugs))

I just still do it every so often, especially when we have an influx of new folks . Thanks and remind away ,, I think we all shoud encourage people to tell more of their smoking history. Thanks!

On and off since I was 16 - Since I was in my twenties, I've smoked regularly, half a pack to a pack a day. Quit 23 days.

2 years Plus a pack per day. 54 days with out a smoke and thought about relapsing. Today is my worst day.
