Feeling wonderful today , love this page it has helped me lots . I really like the blogs and to see everybody on the page , everybody striving for freedom it is wonderful i love it . Just wanted to thanks all for the help and support with everyone.I came to this page on day 52 with some serious craving that came from no where.

also the laughing cow the NML really was an eye opener . I am here today feeling much better reading the Allen Carr's book its has helped me lots as well . Will focus and smoke free today and tomorrow will easier Telleing the Nicotine Monster in me to be quit i dont need to smoke .
