My quit date is 6/5/23. Since then, some days have been better than others but I feel the positive impact on my mental health. I am no longer pausing out of habit as initiation to draw on the vape pen. It feels good that it has only been a couple of weeks and that part of the craving is gone. It was the hardest in the first week. I’m glad I am here, and I know I am making a great decision for my life.
So far I’ve saved about $45 and lots of time to refocus on my personal relationships, and have been on a few steamy dates! 🙂
