Description
Ok here goes, I am a 42 yr old, with 3 kids, 2 dogs, 1 current husband. I have had to look at myself in the mirror and realize, I was willing to die for a cigarette. I have had cancer, developed asthma, been told I have chronic bronchitis, and high blood pressure. On October 18th I was hospitalized because I couldn't breathe. A pulmoligist came to my room and told me he was " shocked" at the damage in my lungs for someone my age. I don't really care what it takes, meds, gum, patches, hypnotism, shaving my head and standing on one foot while reciting the alphabet backwards, I can NOT smoke. I need support, I need help, and I want to live to see 45, if I continue smoking, I probably won't. I found this site when I was looking for ANYTHING to get me thru the next hour not smoking, and have read everyday. I will win this battle with this demon, I am taking on day at a time.
