I was in car wreck on Monday night. I fell asleep driving home and totalled my car. Luckily I am alive and my daughter still has her mother. However, I have to start all over from scratch as far as the quitting smoking is concerned. I guess tomorrow is day 1 all over again. Wish me luck.

Sorry about the wreck but thankfully you are ok!  Don't beat yourself up too badly,  just pick yourself up and quit again.

OMG!!!! I am glad you are ok. You can quit again. Just think about the smoking as a tiny slip and now you are going to quit for good.

I hope you address whatever situation put you on the road so tired.Blame and shame don't do much for humans except the self-help book writers. You had the willingness to quit before this accident and it is STILL in you or you would not be on Ex telling us that you have relapsed.YOU can do this ,you have practiced!!  If Not Now When? I'm so glad that you are okay - I have fallen asleep at the wheel before and when I woke up driving in the median on Interstate 10, it scared me to death! I am also re-quitting starting today...so I'm right there with you! Good luck - we can do it!
