Sharing a win with food

I have had a difficult relationship with food for most of my life. Then add to it the past several months have been chock full of health issues and medical appointments and my ability to feed the meat suit went down drastically. But I've made 3 separate meals in a row that I'm quite proud of. Last night's dinner was vegan nachos, breakfast was an interesting concoction that was actually delicious, and now I'm eating what I'm calling "chili dogs without the dogs"

I'm healing a minor surgery wound that got infected, while recovering from a bout with bacterial pneumonia, so I'm eating huge portions while also needing to make it visually appealing so I'll actually eat it. Also lots of hot sauce helps!
