I have that weird empty tight feeling in my chest and I'm a little irritated, but so far I'm doing pretty well. This second 1st day seems a lot easier to deal with than my first 1st day so I'm happy about that. Spent the day making a bunch of healthy snacks like fruit salad. Last time I quit I laid on the couch all day drinking Coke. Trying to avoid that and the resulting weight gain. There have been some panicky moments and some cravings obviously but all in all I'm having a much easier time of it than I did my first go 'round. Hope everyone is well!
