It's also a matter of being honest with yourself and to stop listening to the excuses in your head. We have an addiction that tells us we don't have an addiction. You're still smoking because you don't want to quit yet.
HI JOANI hey try waiting as long as you can before that frist one then wait one more hour!then tell that junkie to get out of your life!you deserve A NON SMOKERS LIFE !!TO FULL FILL ALL YOUR DREAMS STRAY STRONG YOUR FRIEND PATRICK
The voice in my head has been with me since day one of my life..."die" is the message. Amazing I have made it this long. Have a sweet life..I'm still looking! Guess again...
Oh, do not listen to the bill person that just wrote about smoking a couple a day. He is only on here to cause people harm hon. I have not been here all that long so I am not sure........are you in therapy or seeing a DR? For your sake I really hope you are seeking outside help. I know we all mean well, but we are not professionals. I can just relate to some of the other things you have said......especially on a different blog with the chantix? That affected me very badly and I too had to come off that. I hope you are doing better!
