Rude people who shouldn't judge.

Well ok so my post earlier stated that I have never paid for ciggs then i got a really rude comment from a woman named susan.

To clear it up I never pay for ciggs because they are always provided to me. I help my parents out give them some money here and there or do odd chores and they give me ciggs.

I am on this website for support. I am shocked this woman would message me and be so mean when she has no idea who i am or of my situation!

Judgemental people..... Man im just glad i haven't quit yet.

Is there a way i can block unpositive rude people????

hi,im new to this myself and not sure if you can block someone or not.your right she has no right to judge you.then again you will probly find some that do.hang in there and dont let her get to you.

To bad Connie its none of your business how I care for my kids and what Marys parents do with her! It's no ones business, she wrote that cause she was expressing herself to fellow smokers not cause she wanted to be judged by jerk offs. Have a great day!

Just for the record ...it wasn't me. There are every kind of people on this site.......most will help...some will piss us off........take the good..leave the bad......concentrate on the quits and we'll all do fine.

don't let her get to you. ya know she's more than likely just taking her own stuff out on you. it doens't help at all i know. we are supposed to be here to strengthen each other not tear each other down. it's easier to point than to look in the mirror for some people. just hang in there. for every one person like that there are countless others here to offer real support.

Okay, I'm not going to give you the lecture but... as a parent, your parents shouldn't provide you with cigarettes as a "reward" for doing things or helping them out. We have a tendency to think of cigarettes as rewards but really they AREN'T. If your parents are providing you smokes, they shouldn't. They aren't helping you.

Listen everyone needs to mind their business and support you in a helpful way not a parenting way or a rude way. Thats not what this site was made for. Everyone is suppost to support her not tell her how to live her life, just support her in quitting smoking thats all. Some people just need to learn when not to type things and when to bite their lip! If everyone in the world knew when to bite their lip the world would be a better place for all!!

People are rude everywhere and (Man!) have I seen some rude sh@! here! Usually, it is in the guise of "helping".....yuk. Keep your head focused on your quit! You are young and strong! Kick that nicodemon's ash!!!!!!!

From your picture, I would presume that is your son. I don't think you would want someone to condone the actions of other people who were providing things they shouldn't be to your son. We are here to help each other. That is like an alcoholic going to AA and their parent or spouse is giving them beer or champagne AND it's okay.
