Anger really took over today. Blah! I'm not normally an angry person. Only when I'm really upset and my sadness turns that way. It was one heck of a ride today. Not even once was I tempted to smoke over this tho. At one point I took off for a drive and finally pulled over to call my husband and told him where I was. I happened to park near a smoke shop so he thought I was implying that I was going to buy a pack. Not my intentions at all. This is just where I ended up pulling over. Kind of ironic if you ask me. Facing real raw emtions without smoking is so new to me. It's intense. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with so much in my life without smoking. I'm glad I'm pulling through with out them.
