Hello everyone,
Been awhile since I have been around. It has been a rough month for me. Family problems I had to go out of state for and then my computer need to go see the DK.
Well it is finally working and I am here now
I have put off my quit day till the 12th. Earlier if I can get done with the whole program here and my refresher.
I am looking forward to the day I am ready. I have cut down a whole lot from almost 2 packs to less then one.
I do find the morning after I wake up is the worst even when I change the routine.
Any ideas?
