I started smoking when I was 15 years old. I am now 50 and smoking is effecting my life in all areas. I know it is way past due and I know I can not do this on my own. I smoke 1 to 11/2 packs a day and have for years. I can not believe I have smoked for 33 years and I want to prove to myself that I can do this for me and my family.
