MzMelanie,

Many people have multiple quit attempts before being successful. I've been there and therefore, yes I do understand. Never quit quitting.

We are all nicotine addicts.  I'm sure we understand more than you realize.  I failed my quit many times before I "got it".

I sincerely hope that you stay with us and choose breath over death.

Melanie, what were the circumstances of you smoking?  You had you were nervous about going to a friend's house, is that where you started again? Is there something you can take away from this to help you be successful next time?  Why are you waiting?  Why are you not stopping now?

I guess that trip to your smoking friend's house didn't go well for your quit.  Hmmm!

Just keep on keeping on.  I tried so many times to quit before it hit me I couldn't try I had to quit period.  You have to quit in your head first before you can suceed with the physical. It was not easy for I had smoked all my life or most of it 54 yrs is a long time. Yesterday  500 days smoke free for me.  You can do this and we will help.  You might have to give up some places you don't want to but it will not always be that way.
