Resentment

My attic can easily get a resentment whether it's actually something that's realistic or something that's fanciful. All it takes sometimes is one negative comment for me to get a resentment for my interpretation of the comment is being negative but I decided to move on with my day in a positive light I have some errands to do and I decided to spend the last $9 in my checking account on something to eat during my course of my day.

Big "secret" to a successful quit, keep looking at the bright side and it will make it that much easier.  There was a time when I was getting more often craves, and I taught myself to say: "oh goodie, another crave, another proof I am becoming an EX", add some deep breaths to that and you'll be over the crave in no time.

Good job!

When quitting our emotions can be all over the place and it is easy to misunderstand a comment. I know that I certainly did in the beginning and sometimes still do.   Most everyone here really only wants to help.  I think food is a wise choice for your money.  Hope that your day has been a good one!

Resentment is really anger and anger has always been one of the hardest things for me to overcome, no matter who or what it is directed at...it eats me alive.  I am proud of you for making the decision to spend your money on food and not cigarettes.  I hate that this is such a struggle, that it has such a hold on us.
