Hi all my Peeps Past, present and future…
This is my opinion and my concern for those quitting. Remember you can take what you like and leave the rest.
Ex’s is a great and supportive site, but we are still in cyber space. Be careful about everyone you meet and trust. So many great people are at Ex’s, however, there are some that are here for drama, attention, and overall about themselves. Watch and protect yourself and your quit.
Be sure to stay here and work on Your Quit and to help encourage others, but watch for patterns and negative people.
Do not let anyone take your Joy out of your quit…we have a great team…
