I am a 47 year old female. I've smoked for most of my adult life...about 27 years. I've quit
smoking in the past, only to last about 6 months or so. This time I really want to do it and
succeed!!! I'm going the cold turkey route, no NRT's at all, reason being that I am up for
a few jobs in the health care field where they test you for cotinine when they offer you employment
so.....can't have any nicotine in my system. I do have an e-cig and zero nicotine juice, hopefully
this will help the cravings!
