Quite Smoking & Lose Weight without going nuts!!!

Hi to all my friends out there, & to all the friends I have yet to meet. I'm struggling with my goals. I'm at my point where I'm doing great on quiting but I also want to lose atleast 25 to 30 pounds. But I'm finding it hard to do both. If I eat good & stop eating the junk I like, then I want to smoke more & it's uncomfortable. As long as I eat what I want I don't feel like I need a cigarette all the time. Where is the happy middle? Is there such a place? I'm doing good, 37 lovely wonderful smoke free days. I just wonder if I should work on mastering one thing at a time. I need some meal ideas. Maybe I'm just being a baby & I just do what I need to do. It's hard to say that because I have no help from my family right now. Stress & pressure with everything I accomplish, something trys to knock me down.  Do I risk it & just go for it or should I hold off & wait? I'm confussed, If you've experienced something like this please let me know what you decided to do.  Thanks for all your help & simply for just listening. For today, I will not smoke!!!!
