NOPE - Not One Puff Ever

   

NTAP - Never Take Another Puff

   

HALT - Hungry, Angry, Lonely (bored), Tired

   

SOBER - Stop, Observe, Breathe, Expand your awareness, Respond mindfully

   

ODAT - One Day at a Time

   

KTQ - Keep The Quit

   

This too shall pass.

   

The craving WILL pass whether you smoke or not.

   

It is not easy, but it's worth it.

   

I am one puff away from a pack a day.

   

Smoking is NOT an option.

   

One is too many - Ten thousand is not enough.

   

Be strong. Don't smoke. Not even one. Especially not one.

   

Act like it's a matter of life and death. Because in the end it is.

   

The pain is temporary - The gain is permanent.

   

Hang tough, don't puff.

   

I may want one, but I do not need one.

   

If I have one now, I'll be back where I started. Where I started was desperately wishing I was where I am now.

   

Quitting is not always easy...but it's always DOABLE.
