Quit Date is here

Today is my quit date.  I got rid of all the visual cues from my smoking life - ashtrays, pictures of me smoking, lighters - the works!  I even took the entire ashtray/lighter component out of my car's dash.  I've followed the pre-quitting advice here pretty diligently.  I've got my patch on and am ready to figure out life without cigarettes.
