Quick general Update.

I haven't had a drop of alcohol in 3 days and I am still documenting my journey on smartrecovery.org. For me 3 days are nothing because I am used to going at least 5 days. But so far so good.

On Monday I spent the whole day working on music. I remastered my first retrowave track and distributed it on Distrokid to be available on over 20 platforms. I then recorded vocals for a track by German artist called High Life in a hope he will use them.

Yesterday I worked as normal. But I am worried about my job because they are only getting me to work twice a week, which is hard because I pay my rent weekly and I can't do it and in regards to my government benefits I am only paid every two weeks. I spoke to the boss about it yesterday and I hope my roster changes.

Story of my life really.

I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
