Proverbs 12:25

"Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad"-Proverbs 12:25 I been seeing alot of depression and anxiety on here and even in myself. I was led to this verse this morning (I'm starting to believe the bible have the answer to EVERYTHING) After meditating on this verse. I felt blessed. That type of blessing where we become content and thankful right where we are no matter what life has thrown our way. Look around just the willingness the desire in your heart to quit smoking to quit harming yourself is enough to smile about. Close your eyes and think about each breath you're taking that's something to smile about because that last one wasn't promised. I come to encourage each of you old and new that your life can change. My elders, keep going us newbies are leaning on you and to the newbie we can do it! Not try to..but DO IT! I recently went through a period of feeling weak. I'm a single widow mother with 3 little kids but what has smoking ever solved for me? What has it ever solved for you? Life is going to happen during easy time and hard. You have the power to make it easy! The holidays for example, usually would be a depressing time for us but this holiday I choose to be excited because I lived to experience it with the ones I love that are still here. Why ruin their joy? instead I choose to let it rub off on me! I can't express enough that if it's important to you, you'll make a way! If you have to cry, scream in a pillow, make a silly face whatever it takes to break the bond between smoking it will get easier! Kimberly 35 DOF

Amen.  We should be anxious for nothing.

Phillipian 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

Great Blog.
