I haven't picked up nor had a cig near my lips since Feb 1st 2009 @ 4:30m pm (Super Bowl) This is the longest i have ever quit and the strongest feeling of NOT wanting to smoke again. i think I may have beat it this time. My mouth is so much more fresh , although I have gained 20 pounds. i will loose that soon enough. i very determined to look and feel my best before I 40.
