Preparation is Everything

I knew the weekend would be tough, and a lot of you Exers told me to be prepared for it and to maybe switch things up in order to relax without smoking. Just wanted to say thanks because half way through the weekend and its not as hard as I thought it would be.  I'm staying away from my usual weekend hang outs and inviting friends over instead... friends who don't smoke. Hope everyone else is having a good smokeless weekend too.

hahaha I definitely wouldn't say that I'm successful yet. But even when I'm craving for a smoke its not as hard as I thought it would be. I just have to stay a step ahead of myself. Its a lot like raising twins actually.  A lot of people here have been a big help. Thanks

You are listening to what works and you are applying it. It seems to me that you are succeeding in your quit journey.

Just remember to keep your guard up. Hope the rest of your weekend is good.

LOL yea sounds familiar... except their mom took off so its me bitching. Is there always one twin who's a huge trouble maker or is that just my family?

JonesCarpeDiem
