Praying for you....I know how scary this is. Drs believe my cancer started in pancreas and moved to lungs.......but now nothing malignant left in pancreas.

That is a very long time to wait when it comes to pancreatic cancer! Word of advice and something I learned the hard way-----research, make a list of questions, your concerns, your expectations and get answers (that you are 100% satisfied with) from your doctor! He is being paid a prime rate to care for you, so expect as much, MORE than you would from your average employee that you contracted to do a job!
I wish I had learned this years ago! If I had, I may not have suffered a stroke at 50. As I laid in a hospital for 3 days, not receiving the care I needed (I think someone had a tee time that was more important than my health) not receiving the test I needed, not seeing a neurologist, not receiving any blood thinners or medication, not getting any answers as to why my TIA's were becoming more and more frequent. On day 3 I finally took action and told the nurse I was calling a lawyer. As soon as the words were out of my mouth action happened! Unfortunately, as they came up to take me for the test that showed I needed emergency surgery, it was to late -- I had the stroke while I was getting the Doppler that showed the blockage. Had I demanded answers and treatment earlier and had the corrective surgery, the stroke may not have happened. Don't be like me.
Never forget, your health isn't a time to worry about being well mannered and polite.
