Day 2,

Had to reset my count.. again. Made it to day 71 when I tossed it out the window for no good reason at all.

This doesn’t seem to be getting any easier for me...

Hey There!

There's no time like the present!

I don't know what you read

The first 4 months is when people give in.

I'm glad you're not giving up, but please don't keep putting yourself through this.  I know how hard it is, but reach out to us before you smoke.  That's why were here.

The REASON is that you mentally gave yourself permission to smoke.  Without your brain approving it (or maybe encouraging it), it would not have happened.

Think about your thought process leading up to that permission.  Figure out NOW how you can short circuit that process this time.

You DID help out your body by not smoking for 71 days and that is something to hang onto for a bit as you start in again!

Let us know if we can help!

Nope.....it's not easy.

Please come here everyday, if only to read - it's great motivation.

Post often and let us know what's going on, rant and rave (if needed), and celebrate each day smoke-free!

It is NOT easy and SOME of us required more than one try to get to our quits solidly on track.  Glad you're back.  Stay close.
