Plugging along

Well, i made it through another rough day yesterday. It was my MOM-in laws birthday. I miss her so much i cried all day.  I was proud of myself that i didnt even think of smoking . i know with having  975 days yeah i shouldnt have those thoughts in my head but sometimes in extreme stress and sorrow they still pop in my head,. I will never listen to it because i will NEVER smoke again.
