Hello my Ex family. I hope you are having a fantastic and relaxing smoke free weekend.  

You don't have to think about remaining smoke free for your lifetime today. Although that is our ultimate goal. Break it down into smaller increments of time that feel more manageable.  Make a pledge to yourself every 60 seconds or every 60 minutes (whatever it takes)  to remain smoke free until you have gotten the hang of being an ex-smoker.
