I have been smoking since my teens, I am now in my 40's. Through the years I have quit a few times so I know how great you feel without the stupid smelly disgusting tobacco wrapped rule your life things 🙂 I am a horrible smoker, I have the real strong urges but alot of the time I just light up to light up. My quit date is April 1, 2013 and I have learned alot from this sight to prepare myself and darn it I am going to do it this time FOREVER!! My last quit date was 1/21/12, I should have kept coming to this site, I know better now!
