Life is good. 🙂
I have been smoke free for just over a month. I feel great! School starts tomorrow and I will be doing it without the cigarettes in-hand. That is fantastic!
Last week the teachers went back to school and my first day was an emotional roller-coaster ride (long story). I had cravings sooooo bad. BUT I prevailed and did not give in. Yeah!
I still get cravings from time to time....the worst seem to occur in the morning, which makes sense since that was definitely my peak smoking time. That being said, I feel like I am handling them fine.
Oh, and because I am forgetful, I have some how ended up off of the Chantix. I took it for about 2+ weeks and then started forgetting doses. When I did remember - I realized I had made it without it - so why bother? Anyways, I would not advise others to do this...it is just what happened to me.
Hope all is well. Stay focused, stay positive and stay quit!!
Ciao for now.
