Old wounds got opened up today. My uncle passed away yesterday and I just found out. Frank was my father’s brother the last brother alive and now all my uncles on my dad’s side of the family are gone and my dad also. Feelings of loss are hitting me hard and I can’t seem to focus. Here I go again down that road of sadness and being out of focus I hate feeling like this. I have to find that strength in me to keep walking forward and not destructive behavior like drinking or smoking it won’t change a thing it will only make matters worse. I have to keep telling myself I am strong and I will make it just take this moment by moment and I will be ok.
