Been 7 days since I put down the butts. Staying positive about what I want, hate the smokes, and want to be healthy and save money. The nicotine addiction is not too bad, but the physical habit is the hardest to break and finding something else to take its place. A glass of water works good and food. Food, not a good replacement, but things will get better. My husband still smokes and the smoke irritates my nose and causes me to start sneezing. Trying to talk him in to quitting, but says he has too much going on and smoking relies stress. Told him it's not true, he just thinks it does. Oh, well, will keep on trucking on.
