I knew this day would come.  Taking wellbutrin will continue because my fiance still smokes. I get a hit here and there. I am a non smoker of tobacco but include some delta 9 which really helped me quit. Still get some urges but we all get urges for whatever our brain is fixated on.  I thought I could never quit but I F... did it.

I am 58 and been smoking 40 years. Quit March 1, 2021 for the last time. I have quit before but never made it for 6 months. I am one of those people that believed I would never escape my cigarette addiction but I did. Seeking advice to remain quit because I still have an unwanted desire to smoke. I want it to leave me alone so I can prevent relapsing again.
