One whole week free from smoking, something to celebrate today! To those of you who are just thinking about getting free, let me say that you can do it. When my now grown children were small and attempting to do something difficult, I would say,"If it were easy, everyone could do it. If it were impossible, no one could do it." That sums up quitting smoking for me.
I appreciate this site and being able to read the posts from others who are already free, and further down this road. I tamp down my jealosy for those who can say they are free for a year. Thanks for the encouragement!
