One day down

I am stressed to the max.  I did not sleep at all last night or today.  I am very anxious.

GOOD NEWS:  I went all last night and all day without smoking.  I had my provider take me to a little store so I could get him to get Amy and I a coke.  But I did not ask him to get me anything to smoke.  Not smoking tonight will not be as hard (I hope).

The hospital released Amy this afternoon, and she is home with me.

My surgery is still planned for Monday morning, and I can tell them I am a non-smoker.  Please keep praying for me.

GOOD JOB MARK ON NOT SMOKING LAST NIGHT OR TODAY NOW JUST KEEP IT UP. AMY IS NOT SMOKING IS SHE? SHE REALLY SHOULD NOT EITHER FOR HER HEALTH. I HOPE YOU TWO SUCCEED IN THIS QUIT THIS TIME. BE STRONG YOU ARE ONLY AS WEAK AS YOU LET YOURSELF BE. YOU OR AMY EITHER ONE NEEDS ANY MORE HEALTH PROBLEM AND WORRIES. JUST HOLD ON TO EACH OTHER AND DRAW YOUR STRENGTH FROM GOD WHEN YOU NEED IT HE ALWAYS IS THERE EVEN WHEN YOU ARE NOT CALLING ON HIM. I WILL KEEP YOU TWO IN MY PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS.

So far Amy has not smoked.  She has told me that she does not plan to start again.  I pray about not smoking and other things all of the time.

We both have poor eyesight.  We are trying to save up the money for a large print Bible so we can read it, study it, use it in Sunday school, and Church.
