I’m still here and still smoke free.  It was tough and couldn’t do it alone.  I had the many stories here and the support of my wife helping me alone the way.  Some tough measures taken, like turning my credit cards and cash over to my wife but it worked.  Stick with it don’t try it alone I thought I could.  Feeling good!!!

So happy you stopped by to celebrate with us!

Here is your golden key to gain entry into the 6% Club (statistics have shown that only about 6% of people who quit remain quit at the one year mark):

WAY TO GO!!!!  So happy for you.  I'd put you on the Elder's List, but unfortunately we are now unable to edit our posts for more than a couple of hours.  So I haven't been able to add anyone to the list or correct any errors since the platform change.  But if I could, I would!  Hope you celebrate big time, 'cause it's a really big achievement.  BRAVO!

Congrats @Baymmlee on one year smoke free. I know how much celebrating that first year quit meant to me.  Do something special for yourself--you deserve it.
