I've been so busy this holiday week, with family and cooking.  With a hugh smile on my  face thnking about one year of freedom without the hassle of smoking, breathing hard and just complete misery. Yes I've been smiling and thanking the creator for saving me, caring enough to give me the strength to stop smoking, because,so many things have began to change in my life. and im so grateful. When you get the strength to stop abusing your body, you also get the strengh to stop being abrused  and began to build confident in makng  needed changes in your life.  Celebrationing change with a smile on my face. grateful for the thoughts of  wanting to get a smoke.. but lettng it quietly pass, with A smile on my face, because lets face it(thse thoughts do come).

But it makes you so proud of your self to say no not today, because it really  does take one day at a time!

I would say to all the newcomers, stay connected to this site, because it does work. Make friends and blog all the time. the ex team is always there to celebrate every hour, min and day of your smoke free succsses.

Love Always,

Jacque, smoke- freedom

As always,I'm so  grateful for my ex family sending a big hugh hug, fill with lots of love...you guys are the best!
