One Year Smoke Free

Today is my one year quitting anniversary. It has been a difficult year with the death of a parent and a pet. I stayed smoke free through these and other challenges. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I could do it for I smoked for 39 years and it was such a big part of my life. Just take it one hour at a time. Be kind to yourself, and celebrate little successes.
