On the 8th day of my quit I had to tell some of my loved ones who smoke that I need some time away from them. This was very difficult for me as some of these folks are the closest people in my life. I think that I have strategically placed them there over the years because they were smokers, and they gave me acceptance and made me feel secure. Now here I am feeling the complete opposite around them....
