Well here i am, it's noon on Friday and I have made it through this week. I've read for some that it wasn't that bad, and for you guys I am thankful! For me on the other hand, it was pretty awful! Being a new mom of a 10 week old leaves me stressed out. And the times that I would normally go outside and smoke a cigarette I had to re-route and do something different (the FEW times she would lay down)...thankfully she's napping now so I can type this....lol!
Anyway, I am hoping that the weekend is better for me since my husband will be home from work and give me a break. I've ordered copies of some pictures I like alot of Peyton so I am going to busy myself with getting her baby book started. I also ordered extra copies for both her grandparents, so i'll be putting those in frames too. I also took the money I would have spent on smokes this week and ordered Peyton a new sundress, hat and flowered Mary Jane's for our trip up north in three weeks. It's nice to have something positive to show for the money you spend for once eh?
Anyway, I guess I'm rambling.....I did finally work up the guts to get the rest of the cigs out of my Jeep yesterday adn rip them up. Even though everyone was telling me at the beginning of the week to get it done...I didn't feel strong enough in my quit to get around them. Needless to say I haven't gone anywhere this week because I knew they were in my car...lol. Today they're gone so I'm off to the shop to get a much awaited alignment and new tires! Because I detailed my car last weekend it will smell of Pina Colada and NOT Marlboro stank butt!
