Old man turns 103 and celebrates his 103rd birthday. I am still getting around pretty good for someone that old. Oh, wait a minute. I am not that old. That is 103 days nicotene free, not my age. Had me scared there for a minute. Last time that I was nicotene free that long was when I was fourteen years old. For you young uns that are just putting them down. You can do this. I smoked for 42 years and as I celebrate this 103 days, I am so thankful that I decided to quit. I feel so much better now without them. My biggest advise to you just starting to quit is to educate yourself on quitting and listen to the experts. If they send you a link, go there, read it and learn.
