194 days smoke free. Something told me to check in today. It has been awhile since I have been online here. Two weekends ago, my family gave me a surprise party to celebrate my being six months smoke free. Wow, I could not believe it had been that long. It is so cool to be able to do things without running to get a smoke all the time. Anyway just wanted to say hi and check in to let people know that I had quit smoking and will check in here from time to time.
