I am so excited!!!!! A FB friend has just messaged me and told me she has not had a cig in over 24 hours....she has wanted to quit for a long long time. I've been talking to her about all the educational material and support, and my wonderful friends here on EX....she said she is "toughing" it out.....I told her "honey, you don't have to do it alone" and she's on her way here now!!!! I'm so excited. Her name is Karen, and she's probably signing up as we speak......please give her a warm welcome.
