Oh I'm so proud of myself

On my way back from some errands this morning I stopped at a local Circle K to get a juice. When I walked in the door I saw the cigarettes. This lead to a prominant craving. I stuck to my guns, bought the juice, then off I went. For today no way no how am I going to smoke. WOOT!

That used to happen to me a lot. I'd walk into CVS and see the cigarettes and just think how much I wanted a pack. Or Id just even drive by this place Ray's that I'd specifically go to for cigarettes and nothing else and get a craving without even going in. I dont go there anymore for anything. It's like way too much of a temptation. But it does get easier just ignoring the cigarettes when you see them. Congrats on not smoking today!

The wall of cigarettes....UGH ....in most European countries they have taken down that WALL and put the SICKORETTES away, out of view!  So until that starts happening here, DON'T go by the CircleK,lol   GOOD JOB! xoxo
