This prize includes an upper G.I. series with a big cup of barium!! You also win an increased chance of esophageal cancer!! WOOHOO!!

Hey Lizzo, keep with the leafy greens. Mango and papaya are a big help too. Unfortunately, mints, spicy and foods high in fat won't help. Take care.

If that is your diagnosis Im sorry to hear that, but if humor is what is helping you get through the day then more power to you
peace and blessings

We all deal with this quit smoking thing in our own way. Me, if I don't grap for some humor in it i'd go nuts. GERDs bad enough but thank your stars it wasn't esophageal cancer. It's hard to believe we smoked willingly and paid people to do it! The damage to us individually and as a nation will have effects for many years to come. Your quit is still the best thing you can do for your self.
What are they going to do for the Hernia?

Yes, that is my diagnosis..And yeah, I am making fun of myself. It helps. I guess they don't really do anything for a hiatal hernia unless its really bad. I didn't even know I had it.. had the upper GI for another reason. Surprise!

Hey, thanks everyone!! I guess we all will have our battle scars from smoking--figuratively and literally.
