ONE MONTH TODAY!!!

Hi Everyone,
I'm soooooooo excited as i have one entire MONTH today, SMOKE FREE!
i quit smoking on Sat, Feb 14. today is Sat, Mar 14. i know i couldn't have done this without all of your help and support. YOU guys are the BEST! let me know if i can ever help someway in return. thanks sooooooo much!

One month is so huge! Congratulations, especially because I know that you've tried in the past.

Believe or not, it just keeps getting better from here on. In fact, I would say that the one month mark is when you start having some serious flashed of comfort as an ex-smoker. Not everyday, not all day, but glimpses of what will be unfolding over the next few months.

While you are looking forward to that, start finding a permanent way you can routinely reinforce or galvanize your "never take another puff" insurance policy. You will be moving past the quitting phase and need to figure out some way to avoid that stupid, brainless, careless, cocky, "just one won't hurt me" relapse. None of us want to end up wasting the work that went into a one-month anniversary.
