This is the day I have officially decided to quit smoking. I am doing it for me, for my beautiful children, and for my husband who worries about me and my smoking constantly. I haven't set my quit date, probably because then it will really be "official", but I am workin on it. I need to do some more research and figure out what I'll use this time. I've done the patch and the gum, to no avail. Okee.... we'll see....
