Nov 1 - 60 Clean Days!

Just wanted to check in and say hi. I haven't been here much. Still pretty busy and get tired easy, recovering. The real PT starts next week!!  Gonna be hard work but maybe will finally really get in "shape"!  But I'm so happy to report I've made it 60 days without a single puff!  I'm so grateful because I know it's helping with my healing too. The Wellbutrin has seemed to help me stay with my quit this time!!  I still get a big prompt about twice a day - especially that "unhappy hour" cig craving. But I'm dealing with it and starting to be able to laugh it off. I'm back home "alone" now and it might be more of a challenge. I will be staying closer!! 🙂 ❤️ Love to all. I am so happy that you have 60 days in!  I hope that your PT goes well and that you are back to 100% in no time.  You are missed here so I hope that you will pop in more often for a visit and to keep everyone here updated on your progress.

Don't be discouraged - you still have a ways to go.  You are traveling through No Mans Landstill.  Give it Dale's 130 days!!!
