Hi All! I'm not sure I have this whole "blog" thing correct. So, I'm trying again. I have been quit for 17 days. Three days with a patch, then forgot to put it on for two days so I just decided to go without. My quit seems to be getting harder each day which is depressing because I thought all of the nicotene is out of your system after three days! I have a straw to help me now and then but it seems that all I think about is not smoking. It's frustrating.
