Not letting stress be there in the first place

Just as important as it is having coping skills I think it’s equally important being mindful of what triggers stress. Knowing what those triggers are and completely avoiding them if possible. Back when I dipped I wasn’t as mindful of avoiding stress triggers as I am now, not nearly as I am now. The best way to defeat stress is not experiencing it in the first place. Knowing what things cause you stress/ make you want to smoke/vape/dip is definitely something worthy of being known by us, as much as ways to deal with stress.
