We start our quits start from our last puff.

People who think cheating themselves carries no penalty are building on sand.

This is EXactly why we need to be educated on Nicotine Addiction!

Although it is the most deadly Addiction, it is much more subtle than drugs or alcohol

and much more accepted!

I asked why I wasn't an EXpert on Addiction since I smoked for so many Years.

Simple put, Addiction hijacks your Brain - your ability to reason and come to intelligent conclusions.

Education opens your eyes to what you are doing to yourself -

not simply physically, which is horrific! But emotionally, spiritually, socially, etc.

Every single aspect of your Life revolves around Addiction!

This is every bit as true for Nicotine as any other substance!

Learn about Nicotine Addiction and you will find out hwo to set yourself FREE!

Keep working toward your goodbye to the cigarette addiction...you can do this. Glad to hear that you are not giving up. I said it yesterday, I'll say it again...chunk it down to "one day at a time."

I sympathize with the prednisone effects.

It saves your Life - at a cost!

Here's a list of some articles that suggest actions you can take:

The quality and amount of sleep you get may be affected by prednisone. This is more likely to happen if you take it before bedtime. You can ask your doctor if you can have your prednisone every morning. Try to get in bed about an hour before you sleep. Do not bring your work into the bedroom, and make sure it's relaxing enough to make you sleep. Keep your room dark and cool so that you can immediately fall asleep.

Also frequently mentioed is Melatonin.

Hopefully one  or more suggestions help you!
